The Challenge

Ladily was — and still is — a Facebook-led commerce brand, but relying on chat-based order handling created operational constraints. Orders were difficult to track consistently, inventory accuracy depended on manual updates, and reporting could not reliably reflect demand, stock movement, or fulfillment status. Pre-order items added complexity because availability and lead times differ from ready stock. Outside-Dhaka deliveries increased the risk of cancellations and return losses.
