Where do I get the App Key, App Secret, Username, and Password?

These are provided by the bKash Commercial team after you sign a Merchant Agreement. If you are testing, you must use the Sandbox credentials provided in your bKash test mail. These credentials will not work if the Use Sandbox checkbox is unchecked.

What happens if a customer closes the bKash pop-up/tab before completing the payment?

When the transaction is not completed, the order remains in Pending status. If the bKash verification fails or the user cancels the pop-up, the order will be available in the customer’s account under Orders > Order Details, where they can complete the payment by clicking the Retry Payment button.
