PRE-REQUISITES

• The theme requires installation of the BSS Core plugin first.

INSTALLATION

• Go to the Order Details Page and Download nopGadence theme
• Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
• Within the bundle, you get all the required files, including BSS.Core
• Upload the zip files using the 'Upload plugin or theme' button

• After uploading, install the ‘BSS Core’ Plugin and ‘nopGadence Theme’.

• To make the theme functional, restart the application.

Recommendation: Go to > App Settings. If you find JavaScript bundling and minification, CSS bundling and minification are checked, then uncheck these two options and disable them. 

ENABLE THE THEME

• Go to Configuration → Settings → General settings in the admin panel.
• Choose nopGadence as the Default store theme and save it.

ENABLE OTHER ASSOCIATED PLUGINS

• Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins.
• Search the plugins associated with nopGadence theme using the Group Name ‘BSS’.
• To get the expected homepage view, install plugins by using the Group Name or Plugin Name.

LICENSE KEY

• After purchasing, contact BSS to receive the license key via email.
• First-time configuration of the theme or bundled plugins prompts entry of the License string. It can also be entered via BSS → Core settings → License.
• After entering the License string, save it and clear the cache.

CONFIGURATION

• Go to Administration → BSS → Themes → nopGadence → Configuration to set the theme configuration.

COLOR SETTINGS

• Brand Colors: Set Primary, Primary Dark, and Secondary colors for a consistent brand appearance in your store.
• Background Colors: Set primary and secondary background colors for different sections of your store.
• Text Colors: Configure text colors for default, secondary, and light text elements.
• Button Colors: Customize primary and secondary button background and hover colors.
• Product Ribbon Colors & Text: Customize New, Best Sellers and Discount ribbon colors and set text of these ribbon at the same time.
• UI Colors & Tokens: Control border colors, element corner radius, card rounding, and overlay styling across the theme.
• Status Colors: Set status color for - Success , error and warning.
• Neutral & Gray Scale: Define white, black, and gray shade(Gray 100 -  Gray 500) colors used throughout the theme’s UI and layout elements. .

TYPOGRAPHY

• Manage the storefront font settings by selecting an enabled Google Font or adding a custom Google Font family.

FOOTER SETTINGS

• Logo & Visual Customization: Upload custom images for your footer logo and newsletter banner, and adjust the newsletter corner radius.
• Multilingual Newsletter Setup: Define the newsletter headline and description text across multiple language tabs (e.g., English, Bangla, Dutch, Arabic).
• Social Media Links: Connect your social media profiles (TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Threads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Telegram) by adding full http:// or https:// URLs

THEME BUILDER

• Enable Theme Builder: Enable the floating Theme Builder panel to customize colors, fonts, and layout settings directly from the storefront.
• Theme Builder ACL Roles: Assign specific customer roles to control who can access and manage the Theme Builder from the storefront.

LAYOUT SETTINGS

• Product Display Settings: Choose the image aspect ratio (Portrait, Landscape), image crop style (Crop to fill, Show whole image), cart button style (Outline, Filled, Floating icon etc), and card frame design (None).
• Header & Logo Configuration: Set the header alignment (Logo left, centerd) and specify exact logo widths for desktop and mobile screens.
• Navigation & Dropdown Menu: control how your menu items adjust when space is limited on laptops and customize what content (like best sellers, featured products, or category images) displays inside the dropdown panel. You can also manage the alignment of the menu panel, set the exact number of products shown within it, and define how many rows of featured products load on the page.
• Featured Content & Multilingual Titles: Set featured product rows and 'Load more' counts, plus enter localized homepage category titles and subtitles across multiple languages (Bangla, English, Dutch, Arabic).

• Customizable Responsive Grids: Configure the number of items per row, spacing, and container widths across various screen sizes (Phone to Desktop), page margin, title size for precise control over your store's visual structure.

Catalog Page Layout

• Catalog filters in offcanvas: Catalog filters are shown in offcanvas style when this option is enabled.
  
• Infinite loading: When pagination (product per page selector) is hidden and infinite loading option is enabled products keep loading when the user scrolls on the page. 
  
• Enable image lazy-load: Check to enable lazy-loading for product box images.
  
• Show RSS link on new products page:This setting allows you to show or hide a visible RSS feed link next to the "New products" title on your store page without disabling the feed itself.
  

PRODUCT DETAILS

• After adding to cart: Select option to display a simple success message or automatically open the side flyout cart panel after a product is added to the cart.
  
• Gallery main image fit: Controls whether the product image crops to fill the frame completely or shows the entire photo with potential borders.
  
• Description and specifications layout: Determines whether product descriptions and specs display together side-by-side or as separate sections.
  
• Hide specification search: Removes the search box from the specifications section, which is useful if your products have short spec lists.
  
• Show 'No reviews yet' for products without reviews: Replaces empty star ratings or a 0.00 score with a simple text message for products that haven't been reviewed.
  

VAT DISPLAY

• Tax note in the product box: Sets how tax information displays on product cards in grids or listings (e.g., standard note, tax suffix, or full VAT summary).
  
• Tax note on the product page: Controls how tax information is shown directly on the main product details page.
  
• State the VAT under the subtotal: Adds a small tax breakdown line directly under the subtotal in the cart and checkout—best when only products carry VAT.
  
• State the VAT under the total: Displays the tax breakdown under the final order total, covering additional taxed items like shipping or payment fees.
  
• Show the VAT amount: Toggles whether the exact monetary tax value (e.g., including EUR 2.96 VAT) is displayed in the tax note.
  
• Show the VAT percentage: Toggles whether the tax rate percentage (e.g., at 21%) is listed alongside the tax amount.
  

• Loader Settings: Enable loader settings,set loader style (Tengram,Ring, Dots, Pulse) and add your own custom css or use css from any loader site like: css-loaders.com to show customized loader in your site.

• Custom CSS: You can add custom css to add customize style for your site.
